Decent platform, some small issues

I signed up for the Managed Services plan to help with TikTok Spark Ads and overall Influencer Outreach. The campaign management was quite thorough, and the team provided good guidance. Delivery of content took about 10 days, which was reasonable. My main gripe is that the Creator Discovery tool felt a little clunky at first. It took some time to really narrow down the right creators. While the whitelisting for Meta worked well, I think the user interface could use a bit of a refresh to make things smoother. Overall, a solid experience, but with room for minor improvements.
